Hopeman Golf Club

OVERVIEW

Family friendly, affordable golf with a warm welcome to all visitors.

For those who have not played at Hopeman Golf Club, you will find an enjoyably challenging course, don't be fooled by it only being 5624 yards long! Along your round you will also find some of the most spectacular views of the stacks and coves that grace this stretch of coastline.

Originally Hopeman was a nine-hole course. The Course was then extended to 18-holes in 1985. This makes it probably one of the most demanding links courses to play golf in Moray. Most of the fairways are fervently guarded by gorse and broom, adding an additional challenge to members and visitors alike. Honorary President at Hopeman, Paul Lawrie OBE described our signature Par 3 12th Hole as "probably the best Par 3 he has ever played".

Hopeman regularly receives great feedback from many of our UK and International visitors. Many comment that they are highly delighted at having discovered and played at such an unique course.

The Hopeman Golf Club ground staff work hard to ensure the fairways and greens are always in excellent condition all year round. The bar and catering staff are there to assist you relax and enjoy some refreshments. The clubhouse, also known as the The Mashie Niblick, prepare freshly cooked homemade food for you. From much loved Cullen Skink to a Brunch Burger. It is highly recommended that you visit the clubhouse after a tough round on the windy back 9.
